A fun, rhythmic fitness routine with simple dance combos at light to moderate intensity. Focused on repetition and enjoyable moves, set to hand-picked songs (including your favourites). It boosts heart rate, enhances cardiovascular health, reduces stress, and builds endurance.
On days with a 30-minute aerobics class, we'll add a 20-minute optional Women's Circle networking event. It's a chance to share needs or offers anonymously or openly (no selling, just giving). Let's support each other and move forward together!
You’re welcome to attend only the networking event if a class is confirmed (check with instructor).
When you give yourself the well-deserved me-time, you positively affect your hormones, your emotional-physical-mental balance.
On the other hand, If you don't allow yourself to enjoy the me-time you deserve, you will eventually run out of time to enjoy yourself.
It is for YOU if any of these apply to you:

- you want to experience joyful workout,
- you like a satisfying whole-body exercise,
- you like guided classes,
- you want some stress relief,
- you want some motivation for exercising.
It is for YOU if you want to socialise with like-minded ladies.
- clothing: anything suitable for workout and dancing
- a small towel perhaps in Summer,
- your water bottle,
- preferably trainer shoes or other rubber sole shoes, anything that is comfortable for you and not too slippery.
Please use roll-on/cream deodorant instead of any sprays.
There is a cleaning protocol in place in all locations.
