Some of our participants had waited for months before they joined us, then they wished that they had started earlier :) You have the shortcut, book in now!
We dim the room and put disco lights on :) There's a new track of songs for each session, including Rock'n'Roll, pop, R'n'B, latin, salsa, hand picked songs, mostly that are participants' favourites.
At times the trainer guides with fitness steps and freestyle moves in various dance styles, otherwise it is mostly free dance.
It is a reviving and uplifting dance party, a perfect start or finishing for your day.
No spectators: so everyone can express themselves freely. Instead of coming to just have a look, we offer to try our sessions for free and participate as part of the group.
- clothing: anything suitable for workout and dancing
- a small towel perhaps in Summer,
- your water bottle,
- preferably trainer shoes or other rubber sole shoes, anything that is comfortable for you and not too slippery.
Please use roll-on/cream deodorant instead of any sprays.
There is a cleaning protocol in place in all locations.
